RECLAIMER....

the RECLAIMER is the sync between A.I Clover and agent Neon.

abilities: reclaimer has a high level of energy it can protect itself in many ways, but the most effective is adjusting it's aura to dodge attacks and can absorb energy based attack's. reclaimer is only able to disassemble a DNA code or genetic code, it would have a hard time fighting against anything not human(or animal in this case). after disassembling the code of a life form it deletes it for a certain amount of time( the amount of time that object was held ).

weakness: the reclaimer is a A.I, given to many targets to fight at on time will confuse the A.I and make it move slow (sorta like opening to many programs on laptop) also clovers and neon's sync is a factor to.it cannot be broken,but it can be effected.messing up the sync between the two will return them to normal states (the sync can be disturbed by creating two different goals between the two) if neon and clover are returned to their regular states neon's structure takes a lot of damage and could shortly cripple him.
