Friendly and kind- aside from the usual snarky comment noel isn't as bad as her brother, she CAN get along with people and it wouldn't require heart felt emotions.


Weaknesses: 

Berserker brother- unfortunately she gets bad attitudes and stares BECAUSE kevin acts crazy, she would have a few friends if not for his reputation.

Manipulator- not as bad as kevin but she can get really annoying.

8th grader syndrome- she thinks she a hero that deserves attention for helping people.

Bio: kevin's little ball of aggravation, the only one he has left. his beloved hated little sister. 


Personality: Noel is alot simpler than her brothers, she has a heart of bronze and helps people for recognition of her usefulness. she likes to help people, but due to her brother's rep she doesn't get much respect and often as a result is bullied just as much as her brother for looking different from other people. she retaliates with really crappy diabolical plans and usually just want attention. making friends would be easy because she would have them if she wasn't insanely awkward. Kevin is the person she's the most normal around but he can't devote all of his attention to her so she does what any kid her age does and imagine imaginary friends.
noel is so fixated on keeping her brother as her friend that she developed a brother complex although minor it does get in the way of kevin's non-existent love life
